Being a Teacher How could you do that?

Recently I was discussing on how teachers are judged based on their personal life away from school.

You can follow the same in the reel caption: Instagram

Teachers have a great influence over students. A dedicated teacher can inspire love for learning, ignite curiosity, and help students develop important skills that will benefit them in academics and beyond.

Teachers, like all individuals, have personal lives and freedoms that should be respected as long as they do not interfere with their professional duties or violate any ethical or legal guidelines. Evaluating teachers should primarily focus on their teaching skills, pedagogical approaches, interactions with students, and their commitment to creating a positive learning environment.

The question above was about what a teacher is in his personal space. Teachers, like any other adults, have the right to enjoy a drink responsibly during their personal time. It is important to remember that teachers have lives outside of their profession and should not be judged or stigmatized for engaging in legal and appropriate activities.

One of my fellow female teacher also pointed out the same about being judged by the clothing a teacher puts on during his/ her personal space.

However, teachers must exercise discretion and professionalism when consuming alcohol, especially in public or social settings. They should always be mindful of their role as educators and the impact their behavior may have on their students and the school community.

Ultimately, it is not the act of having a drink that should be the subject of judgment, but rather a teacher's ability to responsibly manage their personal life and maintain professionalism in their role as educators.

Let's respect the personal space of teachers.
Thank You.
